I am a Chicago based composer, performer, and sacred musician. As a composer, I view music theory as a branch of cognitive science, and explore its models in composition. As a teacher and performer, I study the aesthetics of the music of our time, and advance the keyboard improvisation and performance. As a sacred musician, I continue to express and define the religious in music as it relates to faith, spirituality, and the notion of self.
